In an event that you need to cancel, our policy is as follows:\n\n* No show = 100% charge\n* Less than 24 hours/same day = 75% charge\n* 24 hour cancellation = 50% charge\n* 48 hour cancellation = 25% charge\n\nAs your stylist, our goal is to always provide 100% satisfaction. If satisfaction is not met please reach out to your stylist within 48 hours.
