Your Questions, Answered

Know Before You Go
We believe every great salon experience starts with feeling informed and comfortable. Whether you're a new guest or a longtime client, you'll find answers to common questions about our services, appointments, and salon experience right here. This one feels the most aligned with your brand warm, professional, and centered around the guest experience rather than just providing information.
How should I come prepared for my color appointment?
For the best color results, we recommend arriving with clean, dry hair that has been washed within the last 24 hours. If you have a significant buildup of styling products, dry shampoo, root touch-up spray, or colored powders, we suggest washing your hair the day of your appointment and avoiding these products whenever possible.
What if I've been swimming before my appointment?
If you've recently been swimming, especially in a chlorinated pool, saltwater, or while wearing mineral-rich well water, please let your stylist know. These elements can affect how color processes and may require additional preparation before your service.
Can I get my hair colored while pregnant?
Hair coloring is generally considered safe during pregnancy, though many clients choose to wait until after their first trimester (12 weeks). We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before your appointment. Please let your stylist know if you are pregnant, as hormonal changes can sometimes affect how hair color processes and develops.
What if I have allergies?
Your safety is our top priority. Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or previous reactions to hair color, lightener, fragrances, or salon products before your appointment. This allows us to discuss options and ensure the safest possible experience.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on the services you're receiving, your hair's current condition, and your desired results. We recommend allowing extra time, especially for color corrections, blonding, and extension services. If you're on a time crunch, please let us know when booking or at the start of your appointment. Our team will do our best to accommodate your schedule and recommend services that fit within your available time.
